Using Convology

Conversational agents are means to making the human-computer interaction paradigm more friendly from a user perspective.
Conversational agents rely on natural language capabilities for understanding what users want to communicate through open text.
Together with recent advances in conversational agents, several works have highlighted the need of equipping these agents with background knowledge in order to improve their overall effectiveness and efficiency.
The interplay of background knowledge with semantics is expected to increase the capacity of a conversational agent, enabling the deployment of more robust systems that are capable of keeping a structured conversation.
